About Dubai Maritime City area
Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a landmark area which is dedicated to the maritime, commercial and cruise industry. The area is situated between the Dubai Creek and Dubai's historic ports which provide office, commercial and retail space, waterfront district, as well as the Maritime District, dedicated to country owned maritime facility.
The master developer of this neighborhood is DP World, which is working with architecture consultants from Europe & Asia to regenerate this area. The Dubai Maritime City project is expected to be completed by the end of 2030.
